Returns Policy

1. UNOPENED RETURNS POLICY

In relation to products purchased, you will have 14 days to return the Product. The return period will expire 14 days from the day on which You will recieve the Products.

Products may only be returned if the box is unopened and the security seals are intact. Due to the nature of our product for safety reasons we strictly do not accept returns if the box seals are broken or tampered.

If You wish to cancel an Order or return any Product, please contact us direct through our Contact Us page, or email us at info@yourgoodhealthcompany.com. Please note we are unable to cancel orders once an order has been picked and dispatched.

If you have already recieved the Product that you wish to return, please package up the Product in the original packaging and send it back to us within 14 days of receipt of the Product. We recommend that you use a signed-for delivery service with proof of postage. We cannot be liable for the loss of or damage to any Products during transit back to us.

Products must have been purchased direclty from www.yourgoodhealthcompany.com, and not from any other online retailer or store to be eligble for a refund.

Please note that You will have to bear the direct cost of returning any product.

We shall require a receipt or proof or purchase of a Product before any refund can be processed.

Once a refund has been processed, it can take 5-10 working days to appear in your account.

2. 90-DAY MONEY BACK RETURNS POLICY

Your Good Health Co. stand by the quality of our Products and are confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason you are not happy with our Products, we offer a 90-day money back guarantee.

Please note all Products must be returned to us, and proof of purchase must be obtained before any refund can be processed.

The 90-day time period, will begin from the time of purchase by yourself on our Site, not from the time item is recieved.

If you wish to submit a money back return request, You must give a detailed reason, in writing, justifying why you are returning the Product and prove that you have trialled the Product for a substantial time period, as set by Your Good Health Co. This has been set at 30 days, from the time of purchase and is set in line with the amount of daily servings included in our products.

This must be submitted by email to info@yourgoodhealthcompany.com, and must be approved by our team before any items are returned or refunded. Please note, we reserve the right to reject or cancel any refund requests of our Products, if we do not agree with reasons given, or suspect fraudulent behaviour.
