Refund policy

1. UNOPENED RETURNS POLICY

In relation to products purchased, you will have 14 days to return the Product. The return period will expire 14 days from the day on which You will receive the Products.

Products may only be returned if the box is unopened and the security seals are intact. Due to the nature of our product for safety reasons we strictly do not accept returns if the box seals are broken or tampered.

If You wish to cancel an Order or return any Product, please contact us direct through our Contact Us page, or email us at info@yourgoodhealthcompany.com. Please note we are unable to cancel orders once an order has been picked and dispatched.

If you have already received the Product that you wish to return, please package up the Product in the original packaging and send it back to us within 14 days of receipt of the Product. We recommend that you use a signed-for delivery service with proof of postage. We cannot be liable for the loss of or damage to any Products during transit back to us.

Products must have been purchased directly from www.yourgoodhealthcompany.com, and not from any other online retailer or store to be eligible for a refund.

Please note that You will have to bear the direct cost of returning any product.

We shall require a receipt or proof or purchase of a Product before any refund can be processed.

Once a refund has been processed, it can take 5-10 working days to appear in your account.
